Casa Vista uses the following general terms and conditions. These are in effect from the moment of booking up to and including the stay in our B&B Casa Vista.

1. General

1.1 General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of B&B Casa Vista in Canillas De Albaida.

1.2 These General Terms and Conditions come into effect when a booking is confirmed.

1.3 Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is until 10:30 AM. This can be deviated from in consultation.

1.4 Early check-in is available from 1:00 PM. Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM. The price for both options is €10 and is available upon request.

1.5 Smoking is not permitted indoors and in the rooms. This also applies to the balconies and in the patio. Smoking is permitted on the roof terrace, but due to fire hazard and hygiene, all smoke waste must be extinguished in ashtrays before you lose sight of it.

1.6 Dogs are allowed upon request. The fee is €5 per dog per night.

1.7 Guests can park their car for free near B&B Casa Vista. This street is called Calle Geraneos (here is also the public swimming pool). Parking is always at your own risk.

1.8 Guests must have a permanent place of residence or stay.

1.9 Guests are liable for damage, loss or theft of property.

1.10 All risks relating to the stay in our B&B Casa Vista are for the account of the guests.

1.11 Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the B&B must be reported immediately by the guests and compensated to the owners of B&B Casa Vista.

1.12 The owners can, in the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and in the event of inappropriate behavior, deny guests access and/or refuse to B&B Casa Vista with immediate effect, without further notice and statement of reasons ‘and without refund of accommodation costs.

1.13 The administration of the owner is decisive in the event of a mutual disagreement unless the guests can prove otherwise.

1.14 B&B Casa Vista reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. You accept and acknowledge as binding the terms and conditions that are in effect at the time you use the website and facilities of B&B Casa Vista.

1.15 Guests of B&B Casa Vista must adhere to the House Rules (see house rules).

2. Rates

2.1 The rates shown are per room, per night and include breakfast for two people.

2.2 The rates shown include the use of water, electricity, and bath and bed linen. We are environmentally conscious and would appreciate it if you did not waste water and electricity unnecessarily. We also offer beach towels for rent at €2.50 per day.

2.3 The rates shown include VAT (or similar tax) according to the VAT rate applicable at that time.

2.4 The rates shown exclude the use of the honesty bar and other services offered.

2.5 The rates shown exclude the costs of cancellation and travel insurance. We advise you to take out cancellation and travel insurance.

2.6 The rates shown are subject to price changes.

2.7 Reservation and confirmation

2.8 The booking confirmation can be verbal, by telephone (with text message), but with written confirmation by e-mail.

2.9 After receiving your direct reservation request, we, B&B Casa Vista, will send a confirmation (if space is available) an invoice with payment term and the reservation is final after payment within the payment term.

2.10 Our reservation confirmations refer to these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment

3.1 The reservation and accommodation costs in B&B Casa Vista must be paid in advance according to the specified payment term.

3.2 The owners can deviate from these conditions in consultation with the user. The rates can be found on our website, among other places.

3.3 The deposit amounts to 25% of the room price of the total accommodation sum, stating the reservation number. The reservation is only final once the deposit has been received.

3.4 The remaining payment must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.

3.5 If you arrive earlier, within 10 days, you must transfer the entire reservation amount immediately.

3.6 The deposit and remaining payment must be transferred to: IBAN: ES0821033013580030040721 BIC/SWIFT: UCJAE2M in the name of S.M.L. Jordana Bergers, stating your reservation number.

3.7 The remaining costs for using the honesty bar and other services must be paid in cash before departure. The prices can be found at the honesty bar.

3.8 For other payments, please pay in cash.

4. Cancellation and no-show (not coming without cancellation)

4.1 B&B Casa Vista is a small business. Cancellations at relatively short notice have a major impact on our occupancy, which we try to achieve annually, and it is absolutely not self-evident that we can realize an alternative occupancy for the cancelled dates for you.

4.2 In order to protect our company and income, we have drawn up cancellation conditions. However, we recommend that you contact us if you have to cancel! This in writing to info@bbcasavista.es

4.3 If you are unexpectedly prevented from attending due to circumstances on the dates you have booked, we apply the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by e-mail, stating your reservation number.
If the reservation agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation costs will be charged and applied:
- In case of cancellation up to the 30th day, we do not charge any costs for the arrival date, the reservation amount will be refunded;
- In case of cancellation, we charge 50% of the accommodation costs from the 29th day to the 10th day before the arrival date;
- In case of cancellation, we charge 100% of the accommodation costs from the 10th day to the 1st day before the arrival date;
In case of a no show, the full accommodation costs are due.

4.4 We advise you to take out good travel cancellation insurance.

5. Force majeur

5.1 In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, bed & breakfast Casa Vista is entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it without the guest being able to claim compliance and/or compensation.

5.2 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:

Threat of war, war, uprising, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close relatives etc. under which full or partial compliance with the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be expected of the accommodation. Of course we will do everything we can to provide you with new accommodation at that time. If you do not wish to make use of this, the costs paid will be credited to you.

6. Liability

6.1 Casa Vista bed & breakfast cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of staying in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies Casa Vista bed & breakfast against claims in this regard. Casa Vista bed & breakfast is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as disruptions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of the accommodation that are not announced or announced too late. Casa Vista bed & breakfast is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings of the guest.

6.2 Casa Vista bed & breakfast can only be held liable for damage that is due to the gross negligence or neglect of the owners

6.3 The liability of the accommodation is furthermore always limited to the maximum amount that the insurer of Casa Vista bed & breakfast will pay out in the event in question.

7. Injury

7.1 The guest must behave properly and use the bed & breakfast accommodation in accordance with the reasonable instructions for use given by the accommodation or the owners.

7.2 The main guest is legally liable for any damage caused by him or his fellow guests to Casa Vista bed & breakfast or the items or persons present therein.

7.3 Any damage must be reported to the owners immediately by the guest. Repair and/or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the guest.

7.4 In the event of loss of keys, all resulting costs will be charged to the guest.
